Biopharmed is the head hunting agency designed to search and select technical and specialized profiles from the Life Sciences world.

Position:

We are looking for a Business Development Senior Manager for an important service company operating in the regulatory field.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the U.S. market and achieve established growth objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients and strategic stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new development opportunities.
  • Participate to industry events and meetings with potential partners to expand the network of contacts.
  • Provide periodic reports on activity progress, achievement of KPIs, and emerging opportunities. 

Job requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or Economics/Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales roles, with knowledge of U.S. market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Italian and English.
  • Proven experience in managing the entire sales cycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of the regulatory/pharmaceutical market.
  • Strong proficiency in using business tools such as CRM systems, data management software, and other digital platforms for customer relationship management and performance tracking.
  • Availability to travel to the United States for client meetings and participation in industry events.
